Has anyone noticed that when you use Active Camo (or even have it equipped sometimes) you can hear the other team's conversation? Or is this intentional? Or is this Proximity Voice?
That's gotta be proximity voice, probably isn't dampend by camo sound effects, while everything else is, so you notice proximity voice more.
Yeah, its not actually party of the AC its just everything else is muffled so voices become a bit clearer in comparison.
