is this possible with Invasion/Invasion slayer forge?

    I made an Invasion map, and I'd like to submit it. I only made it for regular Invasion, so I'm working on making it compatible with Invasion Slayer, too.

    My problem is this: I made a structure supported by beams under it. During the second phase, the Spartans have to plant a bomb on any of these beams, and upon detonation, the third Phase begins. What also happens is that the structure disappears, and it reappears on the ground below it, giving the effect that it collapsed. To make it simpler, I made Tower 1 and labeled it INV_Gates with sequence 2. Then, I put another Tower below it, phased into the ground, labeled it INV_Weapon with sequence 3.

    When I go into Forge, I see both Towers. When I go into an Invasion custom game, I only see the crashed tower once Phase 2 is completed. So, when making an Invasion Slayer map, how can I make it so that Tower 1 remains the whole game, but have Tower 1 disappear after Phase 2 only in regular Invasion? And how can I make it so that Crashed Tower never appears in an Invasion Slayer game?

    It shouldn't spawn anyway as far as I know (which isn't a very long distance) because you've given it an invasion tag and not an invasion slayer tag - I trust you've actually played and invasion slayer game to see if it spawns?

    Not yet, whenever I try it says the map isn't compatible. I haven't made the spawns and weapon drops or anything like that yet.

    But I just didn't wanna waste my time doing that if it wasn't gonna work.

    Your gonna have to test it. Place the spawns weapon drops etc... but just throw them down wherever so the map will open in custom games. Then you can play around with the settings to see if it works or not. I would imagine that the game specific option would help. I'm trying to do the same thing for my map Where Eagles Dare

    Are you starting at spawn sequence one and then continuing to three?
    You have to make sure that the game specific is true and that when the tower falls its set the invasion gate to remove the original tower. At the third spawn sequence if the embedded structure is set spawn at start false, it should spawn to the spawn sequence !!!Danger!!! Do not save map start new round or save as different map if you don't you will loose it completely unless you delete all items.
    Ive made dozens of invasion and invasion slayer and its always that you have to keep the spawn sequence correct and game specific true. Good luck

    I'm starting to think you can't do that.

    I am also making a invasion map. When adding in the "slayer game type it would seem that u can't make things spawn in/out at the phases. (I could be wrong tho). My biggest ? Is does the sequence # on the slayer_drop hill do anything?

    It seems like the number 1's only work in phase 1. But then as u play 2 and 3 turn on but the old ones don't turn off. Problem is I get worthogs dropping in where I only wanted weapons. Can you sequence the drops out after each phase?

    its like I told you

    The only way to make an object removed is using invasion gate under object description. Unless your dropping stuff like vehicles tanks weapons things that follow the "normal" its going to be almost impossible. The reason why you use sequence one at the start is so it can begin phase one. Ive tried starting at zero but when setting up the re-spawn of players the game never really leaves zero its more like a joining phase and doesn't let go. It also removes confusion of which stage your setting up for without backtracking if stage two is 3 or what not.

    Yeah I totally get that. But why sequnce the hill_drops in slayer if it's all random anyway?
    Does the sequence number ever affect what is dropped?

    I managed to make it work. Made the structures game-specific, along with several other things like certain vehicles and weapons.

    Thanks for all the help!
