Monday night combat reach style

    so ive been getting into MNC recently and i think it's pretty damn fun. One of the first things i noticed is that every map looks like it could easily be made with the items in forge world. Hell they look like ther WERE made in forgeworld. They have simple layouts and every walkway is colored. And in reach you could color items. And to top it off, MNC is classed based and as you know Reach has this covered too.
    Now im having trouble coming up with gametypes though. Blitz cant be recreated because firefight levels cant be forged. So crossfire is going to have to be the way to go. If Generator defense allows for both teams to have generators at the same time then that would work out perfectly. If not then its going to take some creativity to make a gametype that works.
    I didnt mention this earlier but i dont think i can pull such a thing off. So would any of you brilliant forgers out there take up this idea and make this dream a reality?

    Cool idea would be for the moneyball you make some landmines covering a bomb plant so you will need to commit suicide multiple times like the bots do. There is no generator defense fr customs only firefight sorry :(

    Wut? I honestly have no idea what this thread is about, you have half-thoughts and sentence fragments everywhere.

    Correct me if I am wrong, but Generator Defense in the beta (3v3) was just Bungie's network test to see if six people would work for Co-op campaign, which is why the final gametype found its way to the FireFight lobby. Therefore, whatever idea you had listed with that gametype in mind wouldn't work either.

    Blitz could be recreated. You could use a generator as the money-ball, of course, and you can have the opposite teams be the robots. With two generators you have Crossfire.

    Having the bots able to start with the sniper rifle/Shotgun/Grenade Launcher wouldn't be fun. Blitz would have to be SvE. That's the only variant with opposite team loadouts.
    Or is that just a variant of team slayer? It seems like you could do that with generator defense if the retail is anything like the beta. But is that Firefight exclusive Generator Defense? I'm thinking too much again...

    Haha yeah sorry about my my horrible writing structure. If a gametype that fits MNC's gameplay cant be made, then team slayer with loadouts that mirror the classes should work just fine. A big part of MNC is killing Pros and not just bots. But yes its not as important as killing bots and turrets.

    Monday night combat is and Xbox love arcade game. Its a cross between tower defence and a shooter. You should demo it

    If I find time, I will create a Monday Night Combat Map. It will probably be LazeRazer first. Then Grenade III arena, and then Ammo Mule arena.
