Sure. You can make it so you have to "capture the mongoose" or "bomb the mongoose" or... just take a power core to the mongoose... Under the objects Advanced menu (while you've got the Forge gametype set to Invasion) you just set it up like you'd set up any other Invasion objective and change the gametype accordingly.
