Im sure many nit picky forgers like myself have noticed this. The large pieces shift slightly whenever i start forging again on one of my maps. Like if i save and log out for the night, then come back the next day to do some more forging. Namely its a problem for the Coliseum walls and the large braces. It happens with other pieces too but theyre usually unnoticable and dont effect the map much.

However when u have them as floors they get very noticable, and it creates a small bump where 2 meet. This can be a major pain in the ass if u want the floors flawless.

I know that grabbing the piece/editing the cordinates sets it back to normal. However on one of my maps its stopped resetting to the normal place, where it should be, and still has that slight offsetness.

I want to know if anyone has found a solution for this, to not make it shift at all when restarting. or if u dont know of any way we can discuss some way possibly or just share in the misery of it =P.

it would be a big deal if we did it, you wouldnt be able to miss it, but unfortunately its not going to be fixed by a glitch we find out. it is in the way halo saves objects, and unfortunately you will have to find ways to cope.

Solution = work with the shift. There is no way to stop the Coliseum Wall from shifting.

Ive noticed that they shift differently with 45 snap and 90 snap. Im saving with 0 snap on to see if that does anything at all, but havent rejoined yet. And i highly doubt itll do anything...

    Thats unfortunate.
