    Hello everyone,

I'm remaking Foundation from Halo 2 on Reach and my memory just isn't enough. Does anyone know if you can install the map pack from Halo 2 on your 360 and play the game?

It would be much better if I can run around the map and take notes of everything.

You might be able to, if not, I'm pretty sure there'll be gameplay videos on the web that can give you a majority look around most places. Even if you can't get video's Google images is always a good shout.

The Halo 2 Map Packs went down with the rest of the original XBL. They're gone.

I haven't check but I'm sure you must be able to download or torrent the map packs from else where and just stick them on a USB stick (use an offline profile, probably classified as "modding")

But anyway, that doesn't matter because Foundation was never DLC. It was a special map which unlocked when you completed campaign unless you had an Xbox Live account, which you no longer can.

I have the retail version of the map pack so I can just use that. I never had XBL for the original X-Box but I loved playing it on system link. Do you have to beat the campaign on a specific difficulty?

I've tried looking around on the web but nothing beats having the map. As long as they'll run on the 360 I should be fine. I really want the remake to be as authentic as possible.
