i still think zealot is the worst map in the game next to the remakes... i just never enjoy playing on it.
Ive been wondering, am i the only one that thinks that Zealot is worse with the addition of the soft kill zone. I really think the soft kill zone took a large fun factor away from it.

****ING lol. You don't HAVE to go into space. I for one have lost I believe 2 games on Zealot, and the rest I've played, I won. And In all of those games, I've went maybe once or twice TOTAL into space. I personally love Zealot. PS- YES, I used your style of typing.
I actually like Zealot, it has some similarity to Heretic from halo 3 and it's a pretty fun map to play on period. I do have some issues with people who decide to go up in space to camp-out, but hey? might as well let them stay up there as long as they send 2 guys down and get buttraped. In one game on Zealot ( it was Slayer Pro i think... ) the entire team decided to camp out in outerspace and they kept sending down bout 2-3 people each time and got owned. We won obviously, but i forgot the score was.
i know as you read that in your head you emphasized the capital words more right! lol (and i know that was sarcastic wasn't it....no worries!)
About 2/3 of the maps in Reach blow. Zealot is not one of them. People camping in space is annoying, but if you're ahead you don't really have to go up there... I really only use it as an escape route and come right back down after.
bungie just cut huge chunks of map out of the campaign out of sheer lazyness, of course they're not going to test them. Thats why most of them have stupid camping spots and unbalanced gameplay, cause they're designed for noble 6 killing elites, not online players killing eachother.
Actually; they just stuck a bunch of multiplayer maps into campaign, look how Reflection is placed. They have stupid camping spots because when Bungie did test them, they tested them for fun-ability, not who can sit here and win.
I always find it funny when people complain to bungie on a site that ISN'T (cwatididthar?) bungie's. If you want to complain about their map, then do it on their forum. Please. Also, whenever I play Zealot, hardly anyone ever used (SPACE)... and if they did, they'd be all alone up there.
