Well I never would have thought to remake this and until you showed me this the other day, I had completely forgotten about this map. It looks sweet and I wouldnt mind seeing this in the matchmaking rotation again. It truly brought back some memories though just playing a few game the other night. I almost cried, but that because you were blowing my face off within seconds of each spawn.
I will look into it but I feel it will be impossible to fix without ripping away the soul of the map, which is something I won't do. I was going for accuracy in scale, in Halo 2 we jumped higher and moved faster which allowed for those jumps to exist, though the tunnel to BR jump does still exist but requires sprint. We may not be able to make these jumps normally any more but that just makes AA choice that much more important.
After downloading this and playing a short game, its damn fine. This is one of those maps that absolutely deserves to be in MM. Hell, its better than both of Bungie's Forge remakes. Win/5
This map looks awesome. Best looking one yet, but it is plagued by frame rate issues. It makes it unplayable to me.

Classic weapons......"classic" lol. Nice map. This is really good. You were right. You said you wanted to also make the feel of the map on how it was back then. And in my opinion, you accomplished that goal. This map makes me think back you know. All of these remakes do. You just wish you could go back once more and play it again.
I noticed I had never gotten around to posting on this. I'm happy to see this finished, especially after you were close to saying it was impossible. Minus that lag, it plays just as well as the original and I had a lot of fun testing and playing it. Great Job, it really is a fantastic remake despite the limitations of forge.
