I'm having problems with getting things in the ground.

    Its not that I can't do it, but they always turn out so uneven. Do you guys (and girls) have any suggestions? I have used both door method and the Forging 101 method. I have surrounded my objects with boxes... What I am I doing wrong? :confused:

    Oh, and I have a hard time visualizing, so if someone could post a picture or two... that'd be amazing :rolleyes:

    What do you use to surround the object?

    surround it with thick objects like double boxes to keep it in place when you use the door merging trick.

    I use double boxes and completely surround it. It still always comes out a bit... off. Like at a slight slant.

    Have you tried using just one door, in the middle. I think that does it.

    well to start off make sure the thing u want to go into the map is straght. also dont move it at all or else the object will move around. thats the only reasons i know.
