I've been wanting to make a linear-style zombie map, in which the survivors have to make it to a certain point in the map to win. (Yes, like L4D ) I looked to see if this would be possible with safe havens but it seems that I can only use them to make survivors more powerful. Is there any way to make it so when the survivors reach their destination the game ends?
Sounds a lot like I hear its safe on the other side. That was an epic map where the humans have to run through a linear map to the end, where with 30 seconds left to go, a wall spawns and blocks the zombies and the humans win! There's no scoring but its seen as the humans surviving win, but I guess you could put human surviving points to 1.
Possibly set the game time limit to lower? Like time a pretty average run to the finish, and set that to the time, possibly adding a bit, also with the safe haven at the end to protect any speedsters. Also as Em0srawk said give them human survival points.
Aye, you could also make the door appear like it's moving slowly down by spawning blocks 1sec appart. Using about 60 blocks would make the door take 60 seconds to close (probably 45seconds before spartans couldnt crouch under it) and it'd be a nice addition
