Hello, im new to this site and i need forge help please! for a long time now couldn't figure out how to get a single box merged into the claw on Foundry. I learned from this site how your can merge objects into the ground but i couldn't figure out how to get it in the claw ='(. Anyway i have been making maps for a while but they are not real good so i came here to find help and it worked out! THANKS FORGE HUB! And thanks for posting =)

Hi Merrifield, welcome to the site, we don't hate you, just some posts just get noticed more immediately. Sadly, I don't think you can merge things into the claw.
Thanks but it is possible to merge objects into the crane. saw it done on one of the maps on forge hub called: Exacted
to merge things into the claw, you must first use a double box or bridge to use as a platform, float that just beneath the crane, then place the box you wish to merge on one end so that it is touching the crane then use objects to hold it in place and continue the door method as usual.
What Ivory said is true. Its basically the same method as merging a box into the ground, except you have to use other boxes to hold it in a specific location. Just keep trying and experimenting and I'm sure you'll get it. Once you do, you'll be a step ahead of many forgers. Welcome to Forgehub!
