Crisis is a semi symmetrical map built for slayer and objective gametypes. It is loosely based around a map of the same name i made for halo 3.

It's main feature is the central structure. built to provide midway cover aswell as high ground, it houses the map's only sniper rifle. The outer platforms provide a small vantage point with little cover and a needler. the central gap contains two plasma pistols.

The second area of note is the catwalk, perched perilously over a huge cliffside drop, it provides a direct, high risk route from base to base. the central cover spot contains a low ammo grenade launcher.

Both bases are similar. Built with the idea of having two entrances (one ramp connected to the catwalk and another entrance elsewhere). Red base has a Gravity lift behind it to provide a third route of passage.

Both bases have two mongooses and one warthog. They also have a rocket launcher each, with two shots.

Throughout the map, natural and artificial cover has been placed in a way that provides enough cover, breaks up the map and still leaves enough room for comfortable vehicle usage.

Standard weapons (DMRs, needle rifles, grenades) are distributed evenly throught the map.

3/5 The asthetivs are decent enough and you definetly put a lot of work into the map. However, I honestly think you should add a bit more cover inbetween the bases. It looks really empty, and if you're caught out there you would die fairly fast by a dmr. Try playtesting it though for a few times.

i agree with TheOlympicWolf the map definitely needs more cover
i can understand that leaving some emptyness in the map gives room for driving around that warthog but even then its a bit tight to drive around those, i suggest taking those out so that adding cover won't take away from vehicle use, the mongooses are fine
