ehhh.... I can't even tell what it is, or if you made it or got it on the interwebs. It's low quality, pic and font. If you didnt make the background image, there isnt really much you did. Place image>black outer glow on image> place text> red inner glow on text> overdone white outer glow on text. Just saying, its all blending options. And it all doesnt really work well together.
not at all what I did. Original pic: obviously you haven't played silent hill at all, otherwise you would have recognized it right off the bat. Oh yeah, by the way, just look up pyramid head and you'll get tons of stuff, not like he's unpopular. P.S There isn't even an inner glow of any kind on the text, its just on different blending mode than normal.
