Tritive here, maker of the Bungie Favorite, Basketbomb

Anyways, now that I'm done bragging, I'd like to say this is my first Halo Reach forge map.. Took a little getting use to the controls, but this is the product of 8 hours..

It's in the water, yes I know, extremely original.

*Also, this is pretty much only stable for slayer pro..

EDIT: Idk how to fix min/max players.. But min. is 2, max. is 8.

Yeah, this looks intense! One question, though. Can players get to those pillars that surround the map? Is that why you have to play Slayer Pro, so that people can't use jetpacks?

It's impossible to get to the pillars on slayer pro.

It looks nice, but it's too corridor-ish.

The LoS is too small and there is no long/medium range combat since you can't really shoot from one side to the other (the outside corridors are protected by glass, the rest is covered by walls or rocks) so the only way to kill is to be at the same corridor - which is the other problem of this map, It's not that quick to travel. Most parts are a 2 way trip (again, long corridors)

If you add more paths (or open spaces) instead of just corridors, open the map a bit more (less cover and glass) and maybe add a mancannon from down below to the tower - the map will improve a lot.

It kinda feels like The Cage, but more closed.

Anyways nice job :) I liked the water touch, and the football.

Thanks for the input. I do see what you're saying about no medium range. Mainly close range, and one small part of long range. However, they're are many short cut jumps embedded into this map that are not shown easily with the pictures. A video would better explain the map. They're a few spots now that looking at, I'd want to switch around, and fix.

this is really good, the gameplay should flow very nicely, and you worked well with the water. Nice!
