Oh sorry, let me translate. This map depicts the epic battles of every day bugs! Hold your applause. Basically the object of the map is to fly around, stinging, and "zapping" each other with the focus beam. Each player will have a limited supply of jet pack fuel and will have to maneuver there way around the tricky terrain to zap their opponents. Each player will have extremely minuscule health, allowing for fast-paced and laugh inducing game play. Here's the fun part. The player in the lead is deemed the 'queen bee'. You will have an unlimited amount of jetpack fuel, higher health, faster movespeed, higher damage, and so on. This along with honeycombs (killballs) suspended in the air to kill you, makes for a fun and competitive map.

    Specs:
    4-16 players is best.
    20 Points to win.
I realize it's possible to fly out of the map, but it really won't help you much to stand on a cliff, especially with everyone else flying around in the map.

the idea is very smart, however, the map seems like you just through in structures together so that people could walk around

perhaps make it where no one can land so that everyone is flying all the time but place walls to give some sort of cover

Hmm that might be an interesting idea to incorporate in later maps, but being able to fly all the time would ruin the purpose of the queen. Also, the map is semi-organized in terms of the structures, the screenshots don't seem to capture it all that well though heh.

It's probably just the screenshots, but the map looks like a cluster fudge of stuff put together. The idea for the gametype, however, is ingenious.

Why do you reward the person in the lead with things that would help him kill even more people? Like unlimited JetPack fuel might just be enough.. If he has all that on him, does he have a giant marker and always show up on peoples radar so people can atleast hunt him down?

To Vicious: I think it´s best to have that because it adds to the originality and it also makes for different gameplay. If you are good, and are winning, why can´t you have a small bonus? It doesn´t help a ton anyway because there are many people that target you because you are in the lead and have an advantage. Think of it as why is the juggernaut more powerful than the rest? It´s the same thing.

    This.

I agree and disagree with this. I agree because the queen bee should be made to stand out so people target her. But he should be slightly more powerful and slower (I mean Have you seen The Queen bee? She is a fatso!) That's my recommendation. I do like the gametype. But for a sequel to this make like a giant beehive where the bees spawn in honeycombs.(not killballs)

I'll consider making the queen slower in the sequel and I do like that idea with the honeycombs. Thanks ^^

You could create Kill barriers, so that people cant get outside. Other than that, I kinda like the idea. Although the map looks kinda small, and a lot of big peices. I think it would be better with just more thin structures that make it more nest-like instead of a bunch of random structures.
