Think Outside the Box

This is my first racing map on Halo: Reach!

My friends and I decided to give forge a go and to make a race map!

If there are any problems or bugs that you are finding or even if a part is just irritating, just comment here and I'll fix it.

I know it is not a pro, week worked on type of map, but nevertheless, it is still fun!

There is no custom gametype made for this map. Just use the pre-made Race gametype to play it.

Here are the pictures with a brief description


Start off by jumping onto the track. Don't worry, there is a one-way shield there to stop any unwanted speed that might knock you off.




You then proceed by racing down the swirly track and going off the lift to the next part.




You will be bounced onto the platform which will then proceed into a tunnel you can only get through with a mongoose. You go to a drop off zone where you drop to the next point. Follow the rocks onto the next track.




You get dropped into a wet, but extremely safe box type thing. Follow the track to the beach.




You have a choice here. You can go left or you can go right, hense the lines on the picture. When you get to the end, you proceed into the water and finally into the big cave. You follow the ground until you get to the next picture.




Go up the coliseum walls and maneuver your way through the track to get to the lift. You will be lifted into a tunnel which you follow. That tunnel exits onto a grid which you drive on to your next objective.




You make a deep incline onto a lift that blasts you forward onto a platform. Keep driving to your next objective.




You take the lift at the end which takes you to a narrow landing. You straighten your mongoose out and follow the track onto the grass which you follow to the next objective.



The next objective is between the rock and the kill ball, so be cautious. When you hit the objective you move on to the bridge where it is a straight path except for the end when it is a small jump.




You now race through the track made of rocks for your final challenge.




This is the last jump ending in a checkpoint which wins you the game. Good job, Spartan, you successfully beaten Think Outside the Box.
