Beever Creek Made by: IXI TIVIAC IXI (Tyler McDaniel) This is a map remake of halo 2's Beaver Creek with a few enhanced modifications, but still with the same lovable weapons. This map is made only for 4v4, 3v3, and 2v2 Team Slayer and 4v4, 3v3, and 2v2 CTF. I will be modifying this map over several weeks to make it cleaner, so please bare with me on my journey to recreating beaver creek. I do need map testers so the first 7 people to send me a friend request will be those people. I am looking for ideas and please tell me if I need more weapons. please, please, replace the colliseum walls that are enclosing ur map with rocks (seastacks). It would improve the aesthetics x10 to make it really feel like a creek. I understand ur rock limit may be low after having to create the geometry though, but it would be worth it. Other than that, it looks like its coming along nicely keep it up.
... I'm dissaointed. Beaver creek had, you know, a creek and each base was differiant astetics-wise. And the wall looks horrible. The center rock is far too low. I'm working on my own Beaver Creek remake. I build it on the opening at the side of the gorge. My entire flood is made of walls with the water making a creek, so you beat mine there.
Not bad man I know how much work you put into this map. Also could I suggest don't call it a remake call it a re-invention. This way you can make changes to it that make the game play like it should on Reach and not Halo 2. Good Work and I can't wait to see what you do next.
I like the base architecture, but the rounded bases from blood gulch are immense and take away from the hard angles they use. I'd replace the doorways with something else more trapezoid in nature. And like the other posts say, the colluseum walls take away from the atmousphere of the map.
