Ok, i am a huge fan of NASCAR (yes, oval tracks), and im having trouble going from flat straightaways, to banked corners without changing altitude.

I tried doing it, and it goes up in the air alot as it turns.

This is what i want it to do:

(notice how it goes from flat to banked without leaving the ground.)

I either want some advice, video tutorials, and/or some in-game forging help (later, no atm). Thanks.

im guessin you mean you mean how the outer edge of the ring curves up, like a lip? if thats the case, i suggest you make a flat oval, and then add the outer edge after. it'll look something like this from the side, if you sliced it it half.

    \___center stuff___/

(obviously not at as much of an angle.)

Hope this helped. also when you do the curve you might have to get creative a little. Good luck with that.

Place two pieces in almost the exact same place, but make one of the pieces angled so the two surfaces connect along the diagonal. They should look this.

Repeat this kind of double piece through the banked turn. Once you get the hang of it you don't have to place the pieces exactly like that, it just really helps for the first time with banked turns.
