Were you talking to me? Because if you were, I'm flattered . If you look in the black hole thing, it has a shield then a skull/ crossbones behind it, that means there is a soft kill boundary above a hard kill, and the red lines are the boundaries (even though I'm only going to use one of each and make it go through the map at the bottom to save money). I also need a way to make a light bridge like the one in campaign so it's more realistic, but I found out you cant walk on one way shield doors that are on there side because it pushes you up slightly so you bounce when moving on it :\ . If anybody has any suggestions to making a bridge like that, that still looks good or even okay it would be greatly appreciated. Invasion was an idea I was thinking might work because of the size, but it would be hard to incorporate it in that map for reasons like: -It's very open -It's symmetrical (for the most part) -There is only 3 campable ways to travel around the map So I think invasion is out of the equation for those main reasons unfortunately :'( P.S. What's that thing on top of that ninja's head? :ninja: EDIT: I also need a name for the map, if anyone is willing to give a relevant one out for your friendly forgehubian Kneecap .
When Reach comes out see what happens when you put two 1 ways back to back. One pulling one pushing, it could work. Or you could bounce or be stuck to the bridge. Only way to find out would be to test.
Yeah I guess your right Church, and that is a good idea. I was thinking, to place a one way upside down and then place glass or a wall underneath it so you can walk on it, but your idea would look much neater, and more like the actual level. Someone has already made this in halo 3, it was made in the crypt of sandbox, but I forgot what it wasw named, it's posted on forgehub though.
A campaign remake i would make would be one of the tower thingies in the halo 3 lvl "the covenant" and change it into invasion. Tier one: The humans spawn on a beach area with falcons while the elites spawn on the island with banshees and the humans need to unlock the territories on two make-shift island Tier two: The humans push their way into the island. They spawn with mongooses on a pelican made of forge pieces. The elites guard the tower on the island while the humans unlock three territories near the middle of the island. Tier three: The territories are unlocked and the core sits on a tower located on the pillar. Elites spawn with plasma launchers, wraiths, revenants, banshees and many other weapons. The humans spawn with AntiVehicle weapons along with falcons, a scorpion, warthogs and mongooses as well as vehicles. They take the core and bring it past elite defenses and to the beach
