Very sexy map. One place where you could build it is right off the Coliseum, parallel to the "perch" above the coliseum so that if you have any extra money left over you could put a few Falcons or Scorpions on the ledge to tempt people and increase your overall aesthetic appeal. Either that or build it near the waterfall.

Is there a room above the middle base in that huge column? Also, it looks like you have already done it (a bit hard to tell from the video) but make sure you don't have to travel through the middle to get around the map.

 

look cool dude. i like the elevations, probably will be fun for multitieam.

How many "Structures" do you have? Like Buildings and the other big pieces besides the slate and colliseum window. Youy can only have 12 said Structures and they each cost $150 so be careful. Looks nice though.

yeah definitely. i think right above the water, is there any space under the waterfall? because it would look cool inbewtween the waterfall and the rock.

 

Not only is this such an awesome map so far, but there's actually a flythrough rather than screenshots. Jetpacks would be sweet for getting around the map

 

I love how this looks like a city. ****ing epic, reminiscent of Guardian? no?

Regardless looks good, keep an eye on it.

 

It's huge- I can really see myself playing tons of customs on this. Can't wait to see it in the full game.

 

Looks great! If it were me, I would extend the bottom to make it an extremely tall structure. For example, have you ever looked at the outside of Epitaph? Then be sure to put a kill volume where you need it and you're set.

And I would put it above the center of the island. It would make for a great vista.

EDIT: Another idea; Do you remember the 4th or 5th level on Halo 2, where you take the arbiter to defeat the Heretic installation? Remember the structure they infiltrated was on a cable, dangling from something higher up? You could make it look like the whole thing is hanging a cable. Just a thought.

 

Looks great. I would just build it over water. Thats my opinion.
