Finally got Alpha. Made a house in the cliffside, and i'm planning on making a giant mine inside of it. How do i make chests though? that's my only problem.

Just got Alpha, and i'm already loving Survival mode. Quite the rush. Also, do we have a FH server? That'd be pretty cool.
I'd assume that thats what he means. it needs five on the X and Y so the branches can grow, and they usually grow 5 blocks high, so yeah.
Another thing.. Where can you get bamboo seeds from? Everytime I till the grass I only get wheat seeds. :/
... I was searching through caves that i found in my mines, and one turned out to be a huge cave system that led through tons of iron veins and ended up leading to a waterfall that fell down onto a stream of lava. there was 8 obsidian blocks there too bad my picks are only iron.
bah... i'm interested in buying this game, but need the $ to buy a new headset and maybe a transfer cable to transfer everything from my original 20GB to the 100GB HD.

W00T! Now that I'm done building my cliffside base, I've noticed that on the other side of this thin hill/mountain, there is a big crater in the middle of my semi-circular mountain. Do you know what I'm doing now? Building a glass tube across with little spots made of cobblestone where I can place torches. I've stopped for now because I can't seem to get my temporary computer to stop lagging (I'm on my dad's one for interwebz, although my computer that I need to replace my slow computer with will haz interwebz). I may have to get my other computer set up for when I get the newer version of this, because right now I have I think the 1st or second Alpha version, and I need the newest, and if my computer is lagging on short render distance/fog, I'll need a better computer. My glass tube will prevail though!
That transfers licenses to redownload games, but won't transfer my actual files on my hard drive... for example, the H3 maps, my nekkid pics for my dashboard wallpaper, my saved game files, etc.
USB? i don't know what to tell you. i'd just take the usb and leave the zipped files on your computer and then transfer them back.
