So, yeah, proof? I've been following pretty closely and even watching a lot of the leaks, and I haven't even heard them mentioned once.
It was mentioned a long time ago by bungie when they first showed Firefight at E3 that drones were cut from FF but not campaign. If you want more proof, look at this b.net update with all the firefight settings and notice that drones aren't available in the wave settings.
Well it says after the list two paragraphs down This implies that they're still in the game, just not in Firefight otherwise Bungie would have said that the buggers are out of Reach altogether.
Anyone got any images of Paradiso, Countdown and Boardwalk. I know there are videos of all of them but I would like some pictures for my Halo Reach Map List thread. I've been searching google for ages now and I cant find a single image.
A montage of scenes from the maps have been released legitimately. If the sources aren't leaked it's fine, and spoilers only cover campaign.
Videos of boardwalk and countdown have been released by IGN. http://xbox360.ign.com/dor/objects/...videos/halor_spc_multimapsmontage_083010.html
Indeed. While I'll agree that leaves the possibility open for them being in the campaign, I still don't consider it reason enough to go around talking about them being in it like its common knowledge.
are you referring to the weapons that are bold? the flak cannon is another name for the fuel rod gun, and the spiker is... the spiker
Oh finally an anti aircraft gun that isn't dogdeable missiles. That flak cannon will be fun. Edit: nevermind, if wood wonk is correct then it is still a dodgeable missile
Bungie clearly stated weeks ago in an update that the Flak Cannon is just the Fuel Rod Cannon, and that "old habits die hard."
Well I never heard the spiker was included in reach, since no other brute weapon from halo 3 was, and I also have never heard the fuel rod gun called a flak cannon since flak is generally defined by an airburst fuse. It was posted on Bungie.net in a firefight update a while ago that I just found, hence "originally posted by Bungie" Still, what could have been redacted?
Removing the gravity hammer would destroy grifball so I just assumed that was included. By "they are in" do you mean other brute weapons are in?
