"Artillery Challenge" is my map/gametype idea where a defenseless offensive team must charge across the map and back to capture a flag while a defensive team tries to pick them off from afar with powerful but slow explosives. Teams of 5-8. The game is 1-flag CTF takes place in the Hemmorhage area of Forge World. Players have 250% move speed, and loadout choices of Dropshield, Evade, and Armor Lock (maybe Camo? Don't know yet if that's overpowered here), with only swords (they cannot fight, only run). They must travel from one side of the map to the other, grab the flag, and bring it back. Flag carrier's move speed is not slowed, and he can use AAs. Offensive team also gets a ton of rapidly respawning Mongooses. Their spawn zone and the Mongoose spawn zone is shielded from enemy fire. Defenders spawn on individual platforms high up on the left and right walls of the canyon. Each platform has a Revenant, Rocket Hog, a huge pile of rapidly respawning frag grenades, or a Fuel Rod Gun with unlimited ammo and a bottomless clip (maybe a Wraith, don't know yet if that's overpowered) for the defender that spawns there to use to pick off the runners on the offensive team. They cannot leave those platforms or they fall to their deaths (no jetpack), and the platforms will be built to immobilize the vehicles so they can't drive off the platform and onto the battlefield. The defending team's awesome arsenal and inability to be harmed is balanced by the agility and coordination of the offense, their defensive AAs, ample cover placed throughout the map, and mongooses. This would be super quick to build and easy to set up, and tons of fun for both teams as long as the offensive team has a fighting chance of making it past all the incoming fire and capping the flag. If 1-flag is too difficult, it could be 1-bomb Assault instead, because they'd only have to make it across the map once instead of there and back. Objective spawn and score areas have cover from fire. Your thoughts?

I'm not good at Sketchup, plus the map itself is pretty much empty except for the defense platforms and random walls and rocks for cover, this thread is for seeking feedback about the game type idea.
