this is a map I originaly called map cut, due to the fact I thought of it while in an exam trying to ignore the most annoying cut on my finger. Somehow it is based on my school, but I forget... anyways, I spent today and yesterday making it in the skybubble, only to have the 32 rounds glitch/bug/bungie's prank make me lose most of my work. So I decided to plan it to be perfect for Reach, using your help. 1. this is where I will place a teleporter. I was originaly planning to make a flat wall a couple of storeys above with a ghost on it, but I realise that may dominate the map, so I am open to suggestions. This teleporter is only accessible after 120 seconds. 2. This is a pannel which allows you to get within jumping distance of the teleporter, spawning after 120 seconds. 3. This is a single wall pannel, leaving holes to make sure that people are paying attention and not running round blindly. If I place a Ghost/Mongoose, I will probably fill these holes after 120 seconds. 4/5. This will actualy be straight, but due to Flash hating me it looks all wonky. Ignore it. 6. This is just a balcony, it will have cover, and possibly a sniper, again depending on your feedback. so if anyone could drop me a line saying how I could improve this. Obviously without testing it cant be perfect, but I want it to be pretty close. Also, dont know which close-combat weapon to use in the north part yet, so any ideas would be good
looks like theres been alot of thought put into this, i should like to see this, provided it comes out before reach. I say that because im officially retiring my copy of halo 3 indefinitely after reach is released, in fact i do have some ideas already of what i want to do, but... more on topic: looks fairly good to me, but i do wish i could see what it actually looks like.
well I might make it but only making half the map, because I am not trying to duplicate a base >.> this is only so people have a better idea of how it looks.
