This is a joint forge made by Lou Dog 2580 and Mista Grinch 787 who is not a member of the forge hub community, thanks for the help Grinch. The idea of Flightlessbirds is a simple one: as the ducks use cover and tactics to climb to the top of the hill and make it to the weapons cache and custom power-up and turn from the hunted to the hunter and decide your hunters fate as he cowers in his snipers perch, as the hunter prevent the inevitable by killing off all the ducks on the map, although the ducks are weak and can do nothing to fight back during their trip to the top of the hill, you'll find plenty of cover to jump behind and a few surprises as well to keep the hunter guessing. team work and a large group is key to keep the hunter confused. Recommended players: 6-16 Weapons list: This map contains at least 1 of every weapon in the game excluding the machine gun/plasma turret and flamethrower Duck Hunted The Hill Hunter spawn and perch Outside of duck spawn(for looks only) 1st floor 2nd floor 3rd floor 4th floor 5th floor 6th floor part 1 6th floor part 2 NOTE: The game type Duck Hunted is my take on a game type I played in a custom game recently, I do NOT take credit for this game type, the map however is mine and Grinch's idea entirely. There is no interlocking and the idea is so unoriginal and has been done so many times before. Do we really need this. I'm not trying to be mean and don't take this personally, but I have played on SO many duck hunt maps before. Do we really need more?
ok first of all your name is awesome. Sublime is by far my favorite band. as for the map, it is a lot like many other duck hunts out there. i like the mongooses, thats keeps it fresh. and sure its a but sloppy but as long as the gameplay is good who cares? people are way too uptight about aesthetics. --- oh and welcome to forgehub dude.
Thanks for the welcome and thanks for the support man, I wasn't aware aesthetics were so important, but me and my friends had a blast on this map so I thought who cares as well, guess I was wrong. Anyways I'll try to make some smoother maps in the future.
