Ok so i was thinking about minigames you could play in reach and after a while i thought of a game based off of halo 3's Purple monsters. But, i wanted to make the map bigger and have a more risk=reward type game play. In this minigame the attackers start out at the farthest back in the map and they try to make their way to the teleporters on the other side of the map. All the while being shot at by the defenders with needle rifles and needlers. To give the attackers a chance there will be AA's placed along the way. If the game options allow it then, the AA's will be one time use only. The attackers will get AA's by moving forward in the map. The AA's they will get to use are sprint, armor lock, hologram, and drop shield. The defenders as stated earlier will have needle rifles and needlers. I might also add another weapon but im not sure yet. On to the pics!!! Overview (Attackers spawn on the left in the base, defenders on the right behind the glass.) View from attackers spawn. View from defenders spawn View out of the defenders window gap Special thanks to MickRaider and Bartoge for the objects! So tell me what you think! And finally a random picture i got while watching the forge world vidoc while using the youtube transcribe audio feature
Sounds cool, but do the defenders jump over the glass to shoot at them or jump just to see over it or what? Im not sure if people are tall enough to see over it
I am concerned about the checkerboard. Wont it be too easy for the Defenders to kill the Attackers because there are so many holes on that part?
im actually making the middle of the checkerboard solid with no cover but the outsides are going to be checkered with cover.
When I picture a match being played, I imagine the Defenders spanking the game. I have the urge to add a lot more cover to the map (and maybe that's your plan). But I'm just speculating. I could easily be wrong. Oh, and nicely done.
