I would love to do it, except for: -The fact that Halo 3 is done with so I have to wait until Reach. -I have no idea how those pictures connect. -The MS are not even guaranteed.
I understand about waiting for reach in stead of pics im going to be replacing it with a video so ppl can see the full map and im short on money right now

Sweet. The video would really motivate people to want to be in the contest. And as for the muny, it's kewl, cuz you still have to wait until Reach, and then you have to wait for the people to complete their maps. So you have enough time to come up with the MSFT points.
If you can get unrestricted MS points instead of the commercially sold country-locked codes, then I'd be interested. Otherwise, this really doesn't catch my eye.
