As for the map, it's less than average. Try using techniques like these to improve your track so it's smooth. Also, don't use tunnels in your tracks, as they're rather hard to drive through and they interrupt the flow of the map.

 

the map is ok but i would suggest adding some banked turns and make your maps more detailed.
