They say religions don't get along well. This is especially true when their holy lands are within 15 feet of eachother. TEMPLES Welcome to the temples, my first conquest map. This, by conquest standards is a gigantic map, capable of holding 16 people without getting crowded. It's layout is an odd, spurattic path. Lets start the tour. because the map is symetrical, im only going as far as the center area. here is the spawning area. Directly behind the camera in that picture there is a sniping deck which looks over both the center courtyard and the opponents sniper pit. be careful, because the sniping deck is not in contention for the first territory. The second territory is to the left of the sniper pit. This is the hallway. While capturing this territory, you will gear up with weapons to help you take control. After climbing the ramps, you will make a U-Turn into the final territory before the epic clash in the center. this is where the map gets interesting. After capturing this territory, It is time to take the plunge down a giant, two story hill into the center pit, where both teams will duke it out for the center territory. The battles on this map are fast paced, back and forht matches. here are some gameplay pictures. http://i35.tinypic.com/2mjwh [IMG]http://i38.tinypic.com/2z9lkj4.jpg Download Here
this is about the cleanest map I've seen that doesn't have merging. Very nicely done. It would help you alot in making maps though if you did merge, but it looks like it has very good gameplay.
Thanks a lot. guys. Its only been online for 50 minutes so far, and already people like it. There is a little mergeing, but nothing that effects gameplay.
Wow, this looks amazing. Actually one of the best conquest maps I have ever seen. I dont like conquest, but this map makes me want to give it another chance! Everything is so clean and organized and looks very playable. I think it its perfectly awesome for conquest. Great Job!
The map looks pretty good! I'd download it but I never get a chance to play customs anyways.... One thing though, on your next map posting, you should try to take the pics "not in Forge-mode". This would make your pics look alot cleaner.
