Hello all who may stumble across this! I know this has been posted before, but this shows you a tutorial (of course with pictures) of how to make this amazing switch thingy! This is the original hinge door. It can be used to see where people have been, to give you more time to escape, and many other ways. You can vary the height and what not of this switch to adjust for your need. Here's how to build the amazing switch. First step: Set up three stairs the way shown above and put two fence walls about a person apart leaning against them. Second Step: Delete the stairs and set a dumpster upright behind the fence walls. Next, set the fence walls to not spawn at start, start a new round, and lay another fence wall on top of your dumpster. Third Step: Next, delete the dumpster and put a gravity lift on top of the fence wall. Now, put a pallet where it is shown in the picture above. Voila! There you go an amazing hinge door! Door in action!!! To close the door just set the pallet to instant spawn and destroy the pallet. Thanks to H3Artificier for all their awesome switches (What happened to them???) No, I'm fairly certain this is the first time anyone has made a switch like this. If you disagree, please present a link to a map using it. Congrats Some1youknow on making a useful, original switch. Refering I have found the map it seems this was taken from if you go to the first 2 pics you will see the same thing. but posted over a year ago it here. This map is a great idea. I do wish that people would put switches leading to some thing.

Yeah this concept was created by goatnuts420 a while ago, but sum1youdontknow isn't claiming it as his own, he's just explaining how to create it. Oh and Bloo Jay just a fyi, we've decided Hinge Tech is a sub-category of Magnetism Tech
