    goddamn that is one baddass character. a little dark for my liking but you pulled it off brilliantly. what is that in the background btw?

    Work on depth and lighting
    Effects are pretty cool, but a bit messy.
    Colors aren't great...
    Text is bad IMO

    Yeah, colors are bad and the text could be better, but overall it's okay.

    Good colors, but breaking the rule of thirds isn't really working for this one.

    The focal isn't centered, but the rule of thirds still apply. It looks badly placed.

    Especially if the render isn't facing right at you/away from you. In this case he's looking away, so he'd be better off to the side. Even then, just doing that wouldn't fix it, I'd say work on depth and manipulate the effects to compliment the render so it doesn't look like you just slapped him onto a random background.
