I'm so happy Ivory Tower is back... but... at one point in the campaing this means we're going to be in an oriental hotel...or something...?
It doesn't have to be in campaign, but being in an Oriental Hotel would be pretty cool... And What fills the tower of Spire? Man cannons?
Wow. My post box is oriented off the screen because of your giant pictures being in a spoiler. And i cant seem to fix it. Either way, Spire looks amazing, i was SO right about reflection, and anybody feel like Zeolot is strangely familiar...... --- Go back and read where this was originally posted; "The multiplayer maps will come from Halo Campaign..." Did he ever say specifically reach campain? I think not. And guess where this map can be found? Halo 2 campain!!
On Spire in the first picture to the left it looks like a covenant version of the reactor in halo wars you know the ones that were randomly placed on the map. But anyway I really like Zealot cause it looks like it has multiple levels meaning going upward as well as spire. I'm not really excited though for Reflection it does look cooler than the halo 2 version though.
Spire... what the hell? Reflection is sexy. I always loved Ivory Tower, so This is exciting for me. It was actually the first map I ever played halo on. Zealot excited me solely because it's covenant themed... though it reminds me a good portion of Assembly.. which I don't feel personally played all that fantastic.
All three maps look spectacular. Spire was a map that has been needed for a long time. Finally a vertical map. I see some awesome flying battles taking place. That's crazy because Ivory Tower was also my first Halo 2 map played. Ivory Tower was a long favorite of mine, and I'm very glad it's been remade. It's a pretty small map in size, but with all the levels and tunnels of it, it seems like a big map. I like the look Zealot reminds me of a Midship/Assembly mix. Looks like a perfect covenant remake.
I think Spire will be insane You can already see an airbourne fight going on. Reflections my personal favorite because Ivory Tower was an amazing map. Also, did anyone notice the guy with blue fire on his head? He's shown in a picture on Reflection and Zealot. I think it looks like an armor effect.
Zealot looks bland. I hate the covy theme except in Halo 2. Spire looks crazy. Reflection looks ****ing sick.
For the record, Zealot features an outside portion of the map out in space where the gravity is reduced by a fraction because so.
Ya just from the pictures Zealot looks like Midship smashed with Gemini. Either way im happy because covie themed maps are fun even Assembly, as for Reflection/Ivory Tower it looks sweet way more sexy with the better graphics (imagine forge =) ) oh and yeah you didn't walk through Ivory Tower but in the city in h2's campaign Ivory Tower sits atop a hotel in the city, its just like your still in the city but in a tower. Also seeing how Spire has a warthog, hornet thing, and banshee it most likely will be Invasion map. Also notice in the sky on the first picture, looks like a shield kinda like the forerunner shield generators in halo 3's campaign. Same concept just a covenant shield rather than forerunner. I'm assuming you must fight your way into the Spire take the generator and get it across map. Unless Bungie is goin to have BTB (which im sure they will) in that case maybe it is just a regular mm map.
Spire's confirmed to be an Invasion map. The Spartans supposedly are the ones attacking and retrieving the core from it, which is at the very top of the map.
Where did you get these pictures? Er, I mean, where were they posted first? Are they leaked or something?
I disagree. I find them to be fascinating to look at. Even more so in the more recent games. Assembly and Heretic blew my mind when I saw them, I just didn't really enjoy how they played.
