This is my latest signature. I tried a few new techniques when I made it, and tried to really improve my lighting and flow, which has been lacking in the past. CnC would be much appreciated
Okay, thats a great picture even withou the effects lol. I spent hours trying to find a decent stock for this, and even that turned out bad. But of course it wasnt as bad as searching for Darksiders... I really like the colors here, but the blur coming from the visible pauldren seems to randomly curve down at a strange angle. Also the Arm Cannon appears to be the light source, but it appears that the stock was lit from the other side, which is very strange. Im assuming in the stock that the cannon was not glowing at all? Eh, either way its a pretty sexy sig. Its technically a girl too. Quick, to the SCOT!
The stock is actually really weird... Its an in-game screenshot where Samus is firing upward (with a medium-brightness shot just coming out of the arm cannon) but then she is lit from the right for no apparent reason. I kept looking at the stock and thinking "This can't be right," but it was hard enough finding this stock and I didn't want to have to get another one lol.
Well, her helmet is lit correct... Maybe there was an explosion of some variety, or she was standing next to a glowing thing. Or possibly the game mechanics were just fail. Also, how was she firing up?!?
I have no idea lol... I am thinking it must have been a cinematic or something, because she would definitely be looking up if she was firing upward during gameplay.
It looks great. The lighting is epic and it's a good stock. I don't really know what to say besides epic. Can i see stock?
Don't really like the font, and maybe there could be more done to the right side, but other than that, I really like it.
It's great, but the effect that hides the arm is the focal, rather than samus. Also, if you have a nice effect like that energy ballllzzz you should always try to build off of that.
I tried to make the energy ball the focal, but the stock was a bit too vertical for me to do that. Even at a 500x200 px size, Samus' head was still oddly placed, so I just tried it this way. I will try and work on placement more in my sigs, though.
