I think you would find it a lot easier building on sandbox. If you have to do it on foundry though, you could possibly use barriers or barrier shorts tipped on their sides...

 

Either upside down doors, they sink into the ground, or posibly window panels, which do the same.

 

Ghost merging people... You can sink anything into the ground you want. Without even trying at all.

Anyway i beleive that sandbox will be about ten times easier and better, because you can have many more peices and stuff, as well as better peices to work with

 

But Maybe he dosn't have Sandbox and maybe thats why he is using Foundry but Yes what Yoyo said Ghost merge and you could have a Decent Seat for your Movie Theater
