Scrubs just isn't funny. I must be missing something that the rest of the world sees.

As for house, I could go on all day about that show, but i'll be blunt:

- no hospital would ever deal with his piss poor attitude.
- i dont like the actor.
- the plots are always ridiculous.
- theres a formula every episode follows, and its not even a good one.
- backup cast is weak.
