The version without the text is better in my opinion... The text doesn't really blend very well with the sig, and the last word on each line is really hard to read.
The version without the text is very attractive compare to with text as per my opinion. If you want to put text so you need to change text size and style. After it, looks very nice. Overall, both option is best. So, do not think more about it.
