Right, so I was Forging my debut map (Big L.O.L?) and wondered WHY you couldn't merge, geomerge or ghost-merge movable objects. That set me up for a challenge, didn't it? Here's what I found out... Spawn 2 movable objects to ghost-merge with. In this instance, I used a box...something... Next, set one to Never respawn, dummy, move them and pick the 30 Second respawn box up. (Forgot to take a picture, you should know how that works anyway) Lastly, once the other box has disintegrated, make the Min/Max values on the box your holding equal and...Voila, a zero-gravity box! NOTE: If you let go of the box you are holding, it will just make the ZG box drop to the ground. When you pick the original box back up, the zero-gravity box will acquire it's zero-gravity properties again. I lost the box... BE CAREFUL! PS. I don't know if this has had light shone upon it before, but I'm just excited because I found it myself
Yeah, this happens to me when I'm ghost merging. The Halo 3 tricks team did it with vehicles, and that's really fun. Unfortunately, since this can only be done in forge I don't think it serves much of a point. Although it is fun to watch!
This can be done with any object, when i discovered the glitch my first thought was HOLY **** I CAN NOT ONLY DUPLICATE OBJECTS NOW BUT I CAN MAKE ZERO GRAVITY ONES. Only later did i realize its true potential.
