    This is a small mabey 2 on 2 team slayer map. I don't have any pictures though, I'll try and get some later. But here is the link to download it from my profile: Bungie.net : Halo 3 File Details

    [THIS NOTE IS AN EDIT] So after having this map up for a day or two, I've been getting comments that this is a good map, but the spawn points and weapon placements should be changed a little. So I will update this map in a different thread. However, since I have no space left in my fileshare, the updated map will be in the fileshare of Steaming bolt, my alternate account.

    U know posts like this get more attention than actual good posts (cept if it's someone amazing and well known, such as Rifte or Noxiw) Well yes I agree there is a lil bar before the new thread button that explains the rules of posting. I'd give this about 24 hours before it is locked. Don't worry if you know basic computer skillz the rules will be easy readin and you will probably get this fixed up in no time.

    The map accaulty looks preetty decent. Looks pretty neat from what I can tell. the only problem that I think may occur is people breaking out of the map. I cannot tell from the pics so I will be sure to play a game or two to to comfirm this or not.

    Actually there is only one way out of the map, I wont tell how exactly to prevent major taunting and stuff, but it requires double jumping.

    lol dude, if you can tell a map is breakable from the pics, the map maker is DEFINITELY aware of it. I really wouldnt say that is constructive criticism, and you seem to post it on EVERY THREAD lol.

    now onto the map:

    the layout looks very nice, and the merges look smooth, but idk about the weapon placement, you have maulers right in front of spawn points, and the sword is also right in front of some spawns, thats generally makes for some unbalanced gameplay.

    also, you posted the same pic 3 times lol, looks like someone forgot to hit cntrl C xD. other than that i'd like to say welcome to forgehub

    Thanks, altough, you are right about the weapons but those are team spawn points on both sides

    Thank you, over the years I've gotten really good at forge, which is why I cannot wait for Halo Reach forge

    Hopefully a ghost merging-like glitch wont be found early on in Reach Forge, because then maps will be judged on how well it is merged again. It is too eay to forge if you get what I mean.
    Nice map, but I see a couple spawn issues as mentioned above, but I see new aesthetics so that is a plus. I'm not going to download as I am nearing my content limit, but the map looks nice.

    Congratulations on having your first map post up to standards!
    Seeing as that you took your pictures in Forge mode, there is a couple of things I can tell about your spawn placement. They appear to be random and not well thought out. There is a very good article about spawn placement in this thread, and you may want to read the whole thing, however, this is the most important part.
    As i can tell from your first picture, on spawn point appears to be pointed at the back of the base, which is away from the rest of the map, and will confuse players. Also in your fourth picture, spawn are right behind cover, and so when players spawn there, they will be unable to move forward, which is not good. Players should
    That is all i have to say about spawns.


    Now it appears that there are a large number of weapons, and this appears to be a small map. I would suggest toning down the number of weapons. I can see from the pictures, that there are 2 turrets, a sword, 2 maulers, and a lot of equipment. A basic rule of thumb i follow is with weapons, less is more. Putting too many weapons on a map will make it hectic, which can be a good or bad thing depending on the situation.

    Other than those things, this map is well forged, and I congratulate you for that. Just keep in mind that map geometry isnt the only important part of forging.

    Thanks for the tip, I'll make some changes, however, I'll have to do this on an alternate profile because my file share is full and I'm out of Bungie pro, so I will make changes on another profile. The profiles name is Steaming Bolt.
