    Okay i fixed th map you can not get out now ive taken away some of the random objects and straightened some things out and also added sword instead of hammer.
    so sort of a v2


    So yea i just looked on forgehub a couple days ago and stumbled upon the foreign treasures contest and i thought dang i missed out.
    But thanks to the time extension i was able to quickly and proficiantly forge my remake of call of duty 4's Shipment

    CaRgO BaY

    Plays Slayer, KOTH, CTF, and Ball.

    i decided to use foundry because the items fit the theme alot better.
    this map takes up the whole open space of foundry. i chose not to do much
    merging cause i thought it would take away from the map and was not needed
    (because shipment is only one level.)
    but with halo i soon realized that you could get the ball and grenade jump on every double box so i raised them all to 2 levels.

    so yea WEAPONS Respawn times
    2 Maulers 120 sec
    1 gravity Hammer 180 sec
    4 Br's 30 sec
    2 Carbines 60 sec
    4 Spike grenades 45 sec
    4 Spikers 30 sec

    and EQUIPMENT Respawn times
    1 Power Drain 90 sec
    1 Bubble Shield 90 sec
    i chose not to put anymore because of the size of the map.

    Haha!!! This is like THE BEST of shipmen remake, because everybody else made it on sandbox and lose the aesthetic. Using Foundry help to comprhension of the texture and the movement of the map, i feel like your Shipmen remake is over the other because you have choose the right map for it. You also did a nice job with forging, everything look clean and symetric. Great Job! Download for you!

    yes yes, everybody loves the easy to make shipment. but really, im not going to download a map that has been done many many times. its old news to me. sorry, but im not into the shipment stuff anymore. if you wanted to make a good remake of COD, i would do a different map that has not been done yet.

    After playign the map, here are thing I want to note;

    - The map is breakable. I just have to get 2 people and do a butterfly jump on top of the truck and I'm out.
    - The map isn't all that neat, seems kind of rushes and not alot of time was put in..
    - There is alot of random cludder aroudn the map thta is just getting in the way of the game causing a weird flow of gameplay.
    - Lastly, I see a lack in Merging of any kind. I see alot of stuff onthe map that could have been merged to look so much cleaner of s map.

    i agree actually but i found out about the contest 2 days ago and this one seemed the most simple.
    in the future i wanna work on backlot..

    as far as the map being breakable yea i was to lazy to fix that but it will be done tonight.
    but the reason i didnt merge very much is i wanted the map to look realistic more like cod4 i mean yes if i merged the box into the wall or ground it might play slightly better but i mean if you go into a warehouse you dont see a shipment crate stuck half into the wall or the ground and other than crates i really didnt use many imovable objects.
    the random objects every where were because i didnt want the map to be too open but i see now it got too crowded.
    so yea ill see what i can improve on before tonight.
    what did you think about the weapon set?

    Will you please shut-up about getting out of the map. Almost every single map post I've seen within the last 2 days has had that same sentence. The Map is easily breakable. We don't care. I just want to play on these maps and have a normal game. Plus adding where you can exit also makes me even more pissed.

    You said "I cannot tell from the images but it seems likethe map could possibly be breakable. Anyway, map looks pretty good, even though there is a lack in merging for a cleaner look. I will be sure to give the maop a try or two." on the Quarried by Pinohkio.

    I would go on but I just don't want to copy all of them. Anyhwo, The map. I've seen this same map 3 times in less than day. I'm liking this one more. Sure theres no merging but the accuracy is alot more unqiue. The gameplay feels the same as the MW1 version and you've also picked the best map for it. I'm willing to give you a download and a tip of my hat 9.3/10. Mainly because The Accuracy and simple design. Im not good at making remakes either but hey, I like this. Well done lad!

    You should make a class system too. I think you have enough objects.

    This is a good remake n all..but i think it wud b mor appropriate to hav rockets in da middle instead of da hamma...jus suggesting

    This is probably one of the better Shipment remakes I've seen quite honestly.

    Unless there are grenades getting stuck under the boxes, there's no need to geomerge. So there's your only need to do any merging/interlocking right there.

    As for the "clutter", I like it. It stays true to the feel of shipment. The only thing is the stuff will move around but that might not be a bad thing. You should get rid of the fusion coils, though. They kill a small map like this in a heartbeat.

    Also, it's been stated already, but you should close those gaps above the A and B signs. And I think you should probably switch hammer for energy sword. The hammer will send everything flying, which will just breed mass amounts of chaos, and the sword is the better weapon of the two in general.

    There's my two cents.
