    Description: A symmetrical map made for team slayer though I've thought about making an infection twist off of this map. The amount of players is up to whoever is playing. It keeps a horeshoe shape with the two bases separated.

    Story/Setting:The UNSC has overstocked their warehouses with fusion and need a way to dispose of the excess. UNSC scientists have expermented with many different ways to destroy the fusion but using brute force to cause explosion was the quickest and least expensive method. So, using this warehouse's controlled environment, they developed this huge dynamo, the FusionVortex, to destroy them.

    Base1-sniper is a really good idea, but a vortex was definitely not necessary for a competitive map.

    I'm glad you like the sniper position on Base 1. However, I'd like to know why you don't like the vortex.

    ok the interlocking looks great i only have 2 problems with the map though one is the vortex looks like it is a death trap that gives the other team easy kills and it looks like there is not enough cover on the floors they just look to open

    The reason I left the floors open in so that the warthogs could move around without hitting objects back and forth. However, it did come across my mind to put some barricades up, since they'll move when pushed by the warthogs, any thoughts on this idea?

    The vortex isn't a death trap though it may look like it. Its easy to avoid by jumping across the ledges and there is actually enough room in the middle to run around. I've just noticed in the pics that the explosions hid something, there's actually a stationary grav lift that makes it easy to get out, and yes I placed it out of range for people trying to get on top of the walls/boxes. I actually found it easy to fly around the vortex and jump with the shotgun or sword and get some kills.

    Looks good but too wide-open. I think that was the point of the warthogs, though

    looks ok, you dont really need the vortex, and you dont need to say v1

    I think it looks great, the vortex is fine. I don't know why people don't like it.

    this looks cool, base one is sick nd i love the way u made each structure. Very different from past maps. The vortex seems like a death trap, but u say it isnt so i guess ill have to DL to find out! one other question, in the first pic, is tht double box goin across open? cause thtd be cool to be able to go either thru or on top of the bridge, great idea there...

    The answer to your question is yes, both sides of the vortex have an open double box to get in and out. Thanks for the comments, I hope you enjoy the gameplay =)

    If anyone has any comments on gameplay, design, etc. plz post them, I need all the feedback I can get.
