See You on The Other Side is really just called the other side. The "See you" part is the name of the game type that is in fact required to play the other side. The other side is a bumper cars variant that came from by opinion towards Lava Pit. I didn't like the map Lava Pit, so I made an entirely new map. So no, I didn't steal Lava Pit and add aesthetics to it. Don't bother calling me a thief. The game variant required is a king of the hill variant, but The other side is also set up for slayer, so yeah. See you consists of one hill located in the middle of the map that is the size of the entire map. So you will always be earning points just as long as you don't fall of the map. But just in case you do fall off, you are given two lives from the start, which means you have got two chances to score as many points as possible. Kills earn you ten points, and ten points will make a difference as you play. I would also suggest playing See you on the other side with four teams, because I forged this for the Xforgery Multi-Team contest. But if you want to play this with free-for-all, then just set it so that there aren't teams. I don't care... Please play this with the correct game type, and at least four teams of two. Thank you very much! This uses a king of the hill variant, there are 5 minutes in a round, and 5 rounds. Each player is given two lives, so use them wisely. A round ends when either there is only one team remaining, or if the timer runs out. Don't drive over the tin cups with the prowler by the way, you will get stuck. The chopper is also effected by the tin cups, but it is merely slowed down. There are also three trip mines on the map.
wow, this looks really well forged map and looks alot more interesting than the lava pit map. I would suggest you dont include the prowlers if they get stuck because i garuntee that people will get stuck and complain.
I just added it, sorry for that. That happened with my last map to, I should have known better. And I garantee that nobody will complain about the prowlers getting stuck. I managed to test this for three hours straight with one party of eight, so I think I know what they found annoying and what they didn't find annoying. The prowlers were the best thing there, ask Sotha, lol. Thanks for the comment by the way! There was always a game type, so learn to make sense. I also don't want you to get any infractions, so edit your post within the next couple hours or I'm going to report it for spam. You're probably one of the annoying people who cares more about his/her post count more than people's feelings or thoughts. I bet you're also one of the annoying people who posts that somebody doesn't have any pictures in their map post despite the fact that ten other people already told them. Please type out complete sentences, learn where to place capital letters and where not to, and plzzzzzzzz place a period (These things ............) at the end of each sentence like this.

I'm not quite sure because I've never seen that video and I can't find it anywhere on the internet. This map looks really cool. I'm more of a competitive map type of guy but I do enjoy my share of mini games from time to time. Invite me whenever you have testing if you can.
yeah the reason i asked was because if you havent seen it its on halo waypoint ust llook in the community videos but the video had a guy in a ghost "hanging on" to the ledge for several minutes while other people were playing atound him seems like a fun map i am dling it as i type

I care about your map. I would be very interested to see a new version of this. This first one was great; my friends and I play it all the time and they are still loving it. The only thing they don't like is the occasional 'WTF HAX KILL'. New version pl0x.

Ok. I downloaded the map and played it with ten people. We had two people per team like you said to. Well it really wasnt that fun. I didnt like it, and nobody else liked it either. The people that lost their lives really quickly got extremely bored. So they left, while me and a couple other people stayed alive until the time ended. I think there should only be 1 life, so the game wouldnt last as long. Well pretty much the thing that made the game not as fun was the game type. Everybody loved the game, just not the gametype. The forging and all that stuff is really awesome, I just dont like the gametype. So what Im going to do is simply use a gametype where the objective is to push people off. Im sure people would like that much more. I hope I helped a bit and if you have any questions Ill be glad to answer them.
Post the new version up. A small break I found was that you could stand on one of the outer structures at the very bottom of it and still get points.
LOLWUT? I think he meant the map. Anywho,the map is pretty awesome (though accounting for the tin cups deal you should make that area smaller, it sort of restricts Prowler and chopper movement.
Yea, I guess I wasnt clear...... Everybody thought the map (forging and all that good stuff) was great, just not the game type being played with it.
I understand you guys want the pictures fixed, but I just don't have the time to do that at the moment. If this thread gets locked, I'll fix it then with the updated version of the map. And MickRaider, what I've decided to do now is just use multiple Photobucket accounts, unless Imageshack has the same quality images as Photobucket. Does it?
