ScooterBlam Download here!!! I've always been a fan of mongoose obstacle courses (a well as the jumping ones). I've been seeking out new ones and trying to make my own ever since I saw Insane Raceway. I wasn't sure whether to post this into the "race" category or here, but I figured that being that this really isn't supposed to be a "race" that this would be proper. ScooterBlam is intended to be a bit of a challenge, but isn't over the top. If you're new to the gametype or just plain suck on a 'goose (egg) then you may have a challenge. If you're a 'goose expert or have tried many of these then you may do quite well (although I'd expect you to fail a few times on your way to the finish). This isn't a map which you would call a forger's dream. There is the most minute amount of ghost merging involved and for the most part it is all free set. That said, it all came together quite well for a nice feel. This is my 3rd attempt at such gametype and what I believe to be the best I've done yet. There are jumps, turns, corners, lumps, tricky landings and more plus my favorite, the triple jump bump. the goal? have fun, complete the course, relax. There are no points (although a few rewards await at the finish of course) and everybody wins. It is only set for slayer. Make sure to change the respawn suicide penalty to 0 seconds. screwed a couple reminders that kids and large groups may detract from the goal at hand
looks really fun. its like a maze. i have one question though. whats at the end and can you get back to the beginning without dying
aat the end is just a few gadgets and gizmos as a reward for completing along with, yes, a teleporter that takes you back to the beginning
I have to say, I really like it actually. My friends and I had a blast. At first though, they all were horrible and kept dying so there was a shortage of mongooses, but eventually everyone got better and at least able to get it over the first big jump so there wasn't a fight at the beginning every time. But I got to hand it to you, great track. Plus, I was the only one who could beat it and then I got the hornet and they got all angry and then some kid hi-jacked it from me.
