Lol, I was being sarcastic. I just posted it here because its very Reach. As for medal. Maybe...It does have the lighting strikes so it could be the Headcase medal. Also, I guess that other medal could be Killjoy, but why they make it so similar to this: Maybe Next Time Buddy - 5G Boarded the same vehicle within 10 seconds after being boarded in any free for all playlist.
Hmm...ok. Well then lets keep speculating... Just a software question, but would those medals have been made in Photoshop, a 3D modeling program or a combination of both?
Little notes from the podcast: - Plasma Launcher no longer on Swordbase - Defense Flag on Swordbase is now in the balcony room. - Frag grenades mildly nerfed - Vehicles going through radical changes to be more durable. - Stockpile hills have moved. - magnum slowed down "a hair." - AR improved - sniper rifle now more "idiot proof" - Plasma Launcher mildly nerfed, tracking brought down, fire rate longer. - DMR went from 12 rounds to 15. - Needle Rifle went from 16 to 21. - powerhouse was called "settlement". - Elites shields now take longer to recharge fully. - reticule bloom stays. - double melees are now identical to Halo 3.
No plasma launcher on Sword Base. Thats like saying no Rockets on The Pit?! Good idea to move the flag on. It was easy as to capture it. Always knew they were gonna nerf them frags Thankgod about the vehicles. You just had to touch the banshee and it would die. WTF is "idiot proof"? Good weapon improvements. Don't think any of those need debating about. Why are they renaming awesome to gay?
No plasma launcher on Sword Base. Thats like saying no Rockets on The Pit?! Plasma Launcher was barely useful in upper level games. I think another gun like the rockets or grenade launcher that can flush out campers would be a million times better suited to the map. Good idea to move the flag on. It was easy as to capture it. Fo'sho Always knew they were gonna nerf them frags Yeah, definitely. Personally I think just upping the move speed would've been a better nerf, but now they've both upped the move speed and nerfed the frags. Will be interesting how that turns out in the final product. Thankgod about the vehicles. You just had to touch the banshee and it would die. I'm ambivalent about this. Yeah, the banshee in particular was ****, but other vehicles seemed alright. WTF is "idiot proof"? I think it means idiots who are getting easy kills aren't going to be rewarded for their failure anymore. The Reach snipe was much easier than the Halo 3 snipe, and I hope "idiot proof" means a shift towards the Halo 3 snipe. Good weapon improvements. Don't think any of those need debating about. I'm a little disappointed about the AR being buffed against the Magnum, but I'll reserve judgement until I play. Why are they renaming awesome to gay? Powerhouse was both the name of the map and a callout within the map. That seemed weird to me, so I welcome the name change.
Someone hasnt seen photoshop cs5 extended xD These could be made in photoshop and placed on a 3D badge holder made in something like vue8 or daz3D. As photoshop cs5 is INFINIFLY POWERFUL!!!! especially extended, it lets you make 3D. (I love the content awareness tbh, but thats verging off topic )
Yeah I know. I have the trial for Photoshop CS5 and its the most kick ass program I have come across. I still think those medals are made using a combination of a 3D moddeling program and photoshop, because even though photoshop cs5 has 3D capabilities its not as good as a full on 3D program. /off topic sorry
When they mentioned being able to walk outside of the blast radius of a frag when you throw is straight down, I think that includes the adjusted movement speed.
I thought the move speed was fine, though I did feel a little crippled after switching away from sprint which was a given. It doesn't really matter though. I trust that Bungie probably knows what it's doing.
Move speed is definitely fine, in fact it's quite fast compared to any other game. Sprint just makes that worse. Frags were definitely better when they were more powerful, because they were absolutely useless in Halo 3 and skill made no difference in how well they worked. Bungie knows exactly what it is doing; making the game perfect for MLG and ignoring the rest of us.
Wtf? I'm not even going to start on how wrong that statement is. The longer radius of blast and less damage over range was an excellent decision by Bungie regarding grenades. The problem was that just chucking grenades was much more powerful than firing your assault rifle or magnum too often. They needed a nerf.
It's from today's bungie weekly update. It's really exciting seening all those blurred catagories! Vehicles have been changed, no more GTA style random explosions and they're tougher. Bungie also talks about E3, saying they can't say whether they'll be there, which means they'll be there and will release something cool.
