yeh just a quick few questions. does anyone know of any decent editing software with a free trial for maby a month or so? And does anone know of a Halo 3 or Halo Reach font download/preview thing?

All the adobe products have a 30 day trial. Adobe after effects. Adobe - Downloads is the link I think
AAE CC5 will be intensive on your computer, and it's a complex piece of software to grasp. Theres also Sony Vegas Pro 9. Trial is on the top right and is 30 days if i'm correct. The funny thing with these software if you don't close them the trial never expires, so you can just put your computer on sleep if you need a few extra days to finish your product, but i wouldn't recommend it long term. Good luck with the font, you might have a better chance just making it.
It annoys me how many people think After Effects is good to edit video in. It is not. It's to add effects and such. Premiere Pro is the program to edit those video clips together.
