Not much information given about this map. Also, just wondering.. why is there a warthog in the map if theres no space tp drive ?

The map looks quite cool from the pics but we could use more information. Also, I'm guessing the hogs are just there for the turrets?
The map looks good thus far. Defiantly take out the hog, and re-do your spawn points. An then you'll have your self a great TS map. The forging isn't bad, neither is the lay out. Just mess around with the settings more, and re-do some of the weapons, and spawns. An it'll be ok.
This map is confusing as sh*t. I can't tell where the heck yours supposed to go and how the map is like. You got yourself a download! I need to take a proper look.
I kind of like this map but it seems a bit cluttered in places. Also I can see some areas that are miles too high to jump to and have no bridges leading there. This needs an explanation.
The warthog was intended at first just a movable turrent, but can be driven to any point on the map by using man cannon located inside the building behind it.U will do a cool backflip and land on the top circular platform. There are 6 different paths to get to the top level and all Islands and ledges are within jumping distance. The slayer gametypes starting points are intentionally positioned in a circle on the grass level for a quick standoff start, but you will respawn else where when u die. I have tested this map and all the gametypes work well except the oddball and bomb respawn time need adjusting to a faster time for obvious reasons.
I think this map is great the way it is, the hog is wickid fun, the spawn points are good, and there is nothing wrong with the weapon layout. You should play a map before commenting so negatively. Suggesting a V2 is insulting towards this epic masterpiece. I personally love the structures of this map, they are all so original and provide many unique Lines-of-Sight. I think the Flowers in the center are my personal favorite. Im glad I could help test this map. I still think those Wooden Platforms at the top of the map should each house a Banshee- but I understand why you didnt include them for obvious reasons. Another thing that thoroughly impressed me was all of your jumps, your ManCannons and Grav Lifts work perfectly and deliver spot-on placement 100% of the time. Posting: After I took a look in Forge and had a quick game... I think it was pretty good, I think you should remove the grav lift in front of the mancannon to the wooden platform. I found I went on it by accident and was in the way. Also a walkway or path should be implemented at the wooden platforms to the 2 center arenas instead of jumping. But I like the map, accurate grav-lift/mancannon jumps and I like the aesthetics.
I played this yesterday, and I have to say, it was bad. 90% of my deaths were from falling off the edge of the map. This was mainly due to the lack of railings, coupled with the placement of a bunch of spawns. There were a few spawns that, after you spawned, led you straight off the map. It was extremely frustrating to have to look around before moving to make sure I didn't immediately fall off. The structures on the map were very awkward, with too many jumps to get places and not enough easily-accessible ramps. There were also many place where I felt that there needed to be a way to jump-up, but there wasn't. The map was also very top-dominated. Once one team held the top, it was extremely easy to hold it while the other team barely put a scratch on them. This, coupled with the awkward spawns, made for a not-fun time for the team not controlling the top. I will say that the forging is pretty clean though. Though I've come to expect better from you DIEabolical.
I think after playing custom maps for a while that railings are over rated in most cases. After playing halo 3 for 3 years you would think that we have mastered the art of jumping and plus railings take up object limit space. I also believe that with the 6 different ways to get to the top and respawn located up top as well and with an areial cannon man drop on to the top platform controling the top is more difficult than u may think , you must have been playing a difficult opponent. Hey , you dont like my awkward structures... all I can say is , you cant make everyone happy, but thanx for checking it out. Also after playing the map a few times you will get to know the jumps better and falling off doesnt become an issue anymore.
yo DIE played the map i really got in it. keep them coming can't wait to download the next if its any good. PEaCe dude
