Yes. First, get someone else in the party. Tell them to highlight the warthog in the forge spawn list, and you (party leader) starts a new round. BUT, what you have to do, is spawn the warthog when it says "round over", and click on it when the screen turns black. If you need help, send me a message on XBL, and Ill show you. Not quite. Just being the 'party leader' doesn't exactly mean you're the host. The host has to do it. To check if you're the host, turn your view to the ground. Go into Forge Mode. If you are still looking down, you're the host. If your view is now elevated straight, you are not the host.
