- Those dots seem random. - Place the text nearer to the Spartan, perhaps a few centimeters to the right of his head? - Do not put text in far corners. - What did you do with the colors? :O - Those white wings are unfitting with the stock you chose.
Text seems to be just placed randomly, it should be a large part of the composition, not an afterthought. I think the font size is too big and bold. Font type is better. The yellow of the spartan contrasts badly with the pale blue-green of the BG. The bg and the white seem oddly placed, as neither seems to be playing a role in the piece.
When placing important info, such as text, sometimes you may want to use the Rule of Thirds. Like the above sig, the bottom text seems to be places (not necessarily on purpose) along the bottom right intersection. Maybe if those wings were more transparent and you made it a yellowish tone to match the spartan. But I don't particularly care for the yellow anyway.
Rule of thirds is more of a guideline; in many situations is doesn't apply and it's better used in photography than design.
Funny enough, in the updated version of that on my computer, I had actually aligned the top text to that line as well... I agree about the yellow, and I do like the rule of thirds, but it is less important in graphic design then it is in photography.
just so you all know, rule of thirds is bollocks. your best sig so far MM, but its low quality, save it as a PNG or a higher res JPG
