Sounds like SOTW. Not so sure about the prizes, idea, mainly because that hasn't worked so well in the past. All the contests here are already judged by the public, and there's even a battle going on right now, I think.
if the prize is the stimulus package, then im in. no way n hell am i gonna pay for it, but i darn well will do this if thats the prize
