I don't post in general chat a whole lot, even though there are some intriguing threads. The reason for this is I HAVE NO CLUE WHAT THE THREAD IS ABOUT. Every time someone posts a thread with a one or two word title, I ignore it almost 100% of the time. I just want to know why can't people use their "words" to make a more descriptive title?

I know we're not writing thesis papers or anything on this site, but it gets pretty ridiculous at times. Use your words. That's what they are for.

Is that so much to ask?

Well, maybe the whole idea can be explained in one or two words...

If you hold your mouse over the title it will show you more like the first sentence in the thread. But I agree it would be good if poeple started making more in-depth titles.

Facebook - Pretty obvious, maybe he could have made it 'Post your Facebook!'
    Wondering - Agreed.
I'm Back - That is okay because it's pretty obvious what it's about.
Celebration - That's okay as it is. It's not like he could post all the three things he's celebrating in his title.
Swearing - Maybe it could've been 'Swearing in Posts' or something.
Groups - The whole topic is unintelligible.
    Myspace - See Facebook ^
Catchy Title - Could've been 'Maps With Catchy Titles'
    Arm Wrestling - That's okay.
    Mike Adamle - WTF?
