    Symmetrical map good for Slayer Team Slayer CTF and KOTH 4-12 players.


    Map Used: Sandbox

    Description:

    Made on Sandbox. It is set up for a few gametypes it works best with teams. It features many weapons most in the middle which is where a constant battle will be. The funnest part of the map is the sniper towers. You can use them and snipe but people can come from behind to assasinate you and can grenade you easily. It has good lines of sight and fast gameplay.

    The layout is nice, but cmon dude, I know you can do better. There should really be a wall in the middle or atleast silts. People can just spam nades over and over. Theres not much cover on either side, ounce 1 team gets over the wall, they can dominate the other. 2.8/5

    Thank you for constructive critisism (no I can't spell) I actually ran out of things I could place (too many of object on map message) I was going to add cover but couldn't :(

    yea this a good arena style map n all. but theres some things that could be better along with every map. i think if you expanded into multiple stories (excluding those two towers) the game play would be a lot more interesting thus more fun. another thing that a lot of people find challenging but if a necessity is good spawns. you could greatly increase your quality of spawns by just adding more of them else where. it wouldn't be really possible to do on this map. but if you were to make another i highly suggest it. and if you were to block this or any map up with walls and just anything solid it would create sort of sectional game play like on guardian. but the trick is to also involve long range into the mix as well if that makes any sense.

    It looks, ok. Sure it follows most of the basic forge tactics, and look good, but the map design itself really isnt great. Its basiccly a small map where whoever gets there team to the top of the hill, controls the game. Theres hardly any cover and looks like the opposing team could just get spawn killed over and over again. Try adding a bit more creativity into your next maps design, like twists, curves, layers, stuff people think would map the map pop and the gameplay fun.

    Okay, you've got the basics of how to make a map right, but here's some tips on how to improve the gameplay. You've already done a lot of this with your foundry map.

    > Don't spawn people facing walls. They'll just stand there for seconds without knowing where to go, which can be really bad if they're getting spawn camped. Spawn them facing where they'll likely want to go.
    > Don't put the flag in a tunnel. Unless you plan multiple routes, which there aren't in this map, getting the flag will just be a cluster**** of grenades.
    > Try to balance cover throughout the map. You've basically got a massive wall in the middle dividing two empty halves of the map right now.
    > Make weapons accessible without complex jumps. No-one wants to be mashing A or LB in the middle of a firefight.

    Again thanks everyone for the tips and constructive critisisim I am going to use them to create a new map the next time I can get a chance to have a spin of H3. Mabey I will even remake this map...

    This map looks pretty good I just downloaded it and im going to explore as soon as I get ON later =} design looks nice 4.99/5
